RETURN POLICY'S
We understand that our customers need to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why we have a return policy that is second to none. If any INTOUCHSTYLES.COM products ever fail to perform, you have 30 days to return it for a refund,replacement, or credit. We refund all taxes you were charged, but we do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges.
How to return an item:
Complete the return/exchange form.
If you don't have the return/exchange form, contact us at INTOUCHSTYLES.COM company before making any returns. Our products come from all over the world, we probably have you return the item to the address on the package you received.
Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify INTOUCHSTYLES.COM, within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
Products returnded for any reason other than exchange or replacement may be subject to a 20% return fee.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 25% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
In the case of a return without prior authorization from INTOUCHSTYLES.COM, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer’s request Comfortstyles.com may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored.
